The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, as well as driving revenue growth through sales.Key Responsibilities:Meet and exceed sales targetsDevelop and maintain pipeline to maximize revenueProvide exceptional customer serviceUnderstand and communicate the value proposition of our servicesStay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activityCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing supportProficient in MS Office, CRM, and phone systemsRequirements:Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically and identify new business opportunitiesSelf-motivated and results-drivenExperience in the debt consolidation or financial services industry is a plusBachelor's degree, Sales or related field is preferred but not requiredFluency in Spanish and English is required for this positionWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a fun and fast-paced work environment.
