Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Associate to
manage client relationships and campaign activities within the
pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing
pharmaceutical clients
Ensure successful fulfillment of client contracts from kick-off
through campaign close
Collaborate with internal teams for pre-sales activities and lead
generation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
3+ years of professional experience
2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or
Customer Success
Pharmaceutical industry and healthcare knowledge strongly
preferred
Experience using ad tech platforms and project management software
strongly preferred
