balance. Job Details We are seeking an experienced Insurance
Defense Attorney with a strong focus on premises liability to join
our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of
experience practicing law in California, with a demonstrated track
record of handling complex premises liability cases. This position
offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with the option for a lower
billable requirement to promote work-life balance. Additionally, we
offer step-up bonuses for exceeding billable requirements,

incentives. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of premises
liability matters from inception to resolution. Conduct legal
research, analysis, and drafting of pleadings, motions, and
discovery documents. Attend court hearings, depositions, and
mediations on behalf of clients. Collaborate with clients, experts,
and internal team members to develop and execute litigation
strategies. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates
on case developments and legal strategies. Maintain accurate and
timely billing records in accordance with firm guidelines.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law
school. Active membership in good standing with the California
State Bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a
focus on insurance defense and premises liability. Strong
litigation skills, including experience with all phases of the
litigation process. Excellent written and verbal communication
skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment. Demonstrated commitment to providing
high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for
clients. Trial experience is a huge plus but not required.
