Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Contact Center Supervisor to
oversee call center operations and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise call center staff and manage performance expectations
Monitor call metrics and ensure compliance with client service
levels
Develop and implement training programs and quality improvement
initiatives
Required Qualifications
US RN License or Licensed Clinical Social Worker required
Recent psychology experience within a mental health facility or
clinic
Five years of supervisory experience in a call center role or
equivalent
Working knowledge of prior authorizations and benefit
investigations preferred
General understanding of call management systems
