Job Description:
A company is looking for a Resource Manager to optimize resource
allocation and capacity across client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement resource management strategies to optimize
resource use across service lines
Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for
improvements
Provide regular reports on resource status and address any
resource-related issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or
related field
5-10+ years of relevant experience in a consulting or professional
services firm
Proven experience in resource management within a professional
services environment
Proficiency in resource management software and advanced skills in
MS Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a
team
