Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credit/Collection Support 2.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls
Manage emails in a shared group inbox and negotiate payment
resolutions
Utilize multiple systems and tools to make collection decisions
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma with 1-2 years of related experience
At least one year of customer support experience in the
transportation industry
Basic accounting knowledge and skip tracing experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company
information
Must pass a successful background investigation
